Deleting your Di Peppi account
You can permanently delete your Di Peppi account at any time. There are two ways to do it.
Option 1 — In the app (fastest)
- Open the Di Peppi app and sign in.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Scroll to the Account section and tap Delete my account.
- Confirm. Your account and personal details are removed and you are signed out immediately.
Option 2 — By email
If you can't access the app, email us at info@dipeppi.com from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We will verify your identity and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What gets deleted
When you delete your account we permanently remove your personal information, including your name, email address, phone number, saved delivery addresses, and profile photo. Your login is removed and cannot be used again.
What we keep, and why
Lebanese tax and accounting law requires us to keep records of completed transactions. Past orders and invoices are therefore retained, but they are stripped of your identifying personal data — they remain only as financial records, with no contact details attached.
Any remaining prepaid wallet balance is forfeited on deletion, so please use or request it before deleting your account.
